Matt Lauer has come out and apologized for sexually harassing women while at NBC. There are no words to express my sorrow and regret for the pain I have caused others by words and actions. Lauer was fired Wednesday <br />after an employee reported <br />that she was sexually harassed during the 2014 Sochi Olympics. Variety published a <br />damaging report <br />on Lauer, detailing an incident where he once gave a colleague a sex toy with an explicit note, showed his penis to another co-worker, <br />and questioned producers <br />about their sex lives.
